The Telesecretariat began its operation in August 2009, during the implementation of the Operational Program \u201cHealth \u2013 Welfare 2000 \u2013 2006\u201d.<\/p>\n

Activity Development<\/strong><\/h2>\n

A new phone number is provided to the subscriber of the telesecretariat service, without the need for installation of additional equipment.<\/p>\n

The telesecretariat answers this number, according to the subscriber\u2019s suggestions, so that the impression is formed that the caller is talking to the subscriber\u2019s personal secretary.<\/p>\n

The subscriber may give this number to his or her clients. Additionally, the subscriber may forward calls to his other phone lines to this number.<\/p>\n

The subscriber may be informed about his messages, by the following three ways:<\/p>\n

  • By phone, via the telesecretariat<\/li>\n
  • By e-mail (automatic dispatch when the message is registered)<\/li>\n
  • By fax (collective message dispatch at the end of the day)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
