{"id":181,"date":"2016-10-15T14:52:32","date_gmt":"2016-10-15T11:52:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/2017.koispeachaias.gr\/en\/?page_id=181"},"modified":"2017-04-26T13:36:49","modified_gmt":"2017-04-26T10:36:49","slug":"social-economy-2","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/koispe-faros.gr\/en\/social-economy-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Social Economy"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>[vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Social Economy<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-825 alignright\" src=\"http:\/\/2017.koispeachaias.gr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/1startchange.jpg\" alt=\"1startchange\" width=\"227\" height=\"127\" \/>According to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.keko.gr\/el\/Documents\/FEK_216_2011_%28N.4019_Nomos_Koinonikis_Oikonomias%29.pdf\">law 4019\/2011<\/a>, Social Economy is defined as <strong>\u201cthe set of economic, business, productive and social activities, which are undertaken by legal entities or unions of persons, whose statutory purpose is the pursuit of the collective benefit and the service of general social interests\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Social Enterprise (Koin.S.Ep.), which is a civil partnership, with a social purpose and is, by law, a commercial entity, is established as a vehicle of Social Economy.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\"><\/h2>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\" data-fontsize=\"18\" data-lineheight=\"27\"><strong>Categories of\u00a0Koin.S.Ep.<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Depending on their purpose, the Koin.S.Ep. are divided into the following three (3) categories:<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><\/h4>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_tabs interval=&#8221;0&#8243; style=&#8221;tab-style-four&#8221;][vc_tab title=&#8221;Incorporation&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1e77d528-0f9c-9&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Their concern is the incorporation of persons belonging to vulnerable population groups, into the financial and social life. It refers to the incorporation of Sensitive Population Groups in the economical and social life. A minimal employee percentage of 40% in these Koin.S.Ep, must belong to Sensitive Population Group. <strong>The Limited Liability Social Enterprises\u00a0 (Koi.S.P.E.) are ex officio considered Incorporation Koin.S.Ep and are subject to the provisions of law 4019\/2011.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Incorporation, is the procedure of social integration of individuals belonging to frail population groups, mainly by promoting their employment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frail population groups, are the social groups whose participation in the social and economic life is difficult. The reasons may be social and financial problems, physical, psychic, mental or sensory disability, or even unpredicted events which affect the orderly functionality of the local, or regional economy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Frail population groups are divided into two categories:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Vulnerable Population Groups are the population groups whose integration in the social and economic life is inhibited by mental and physical reasons, or delinquent behaviour. Persons who belong to these groups are handicapped individuals (physically, mentally, psychicly or sensory), addicts or former addicts, HIV positive persons, convicts or ex \u2013 convicts, juvenile delinquents.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Special Population Groups, are the population groups which disadvantaged concerning their smooth integration in the employment market, due to financial, social or cultural reasons. Members of this category are indicatively unemployed young people, unemployed women, unemployed persons over 50, long \u2013 term unemployed, single parents and members of families with many children, abused women, illiterates, residents of remote mountainous or island regions, individuals with cultural specificities, immigrants and refugees.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tab][vc_tab title=&#8221;Social Care&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;42efc871-1bab-2&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They are concerned with the production and provision of social \u2013 welfare products and services, to specific population groups, such as the elderly, infants, disabled individuals and individuals suffering from chronic diseases.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tab][vc_tab title=&#8221;Collective and Productive Purpose&#8221; tab_id=&#8221;1491917048370-2-0&#8243;][vc_column_text]<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">They are concerned with the production of products and provision of services for the satisfaction of the collective needs (culture, environment, ecology, education, provision of utilities, development of local products, preservation of traditional activities and professions etc.) which promote the local and collective interests, as well as employment and strengthen social coherence as well as local or regional growth.<\/p>\n<p>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tab][\/vc_tabs][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_empty_space][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column width=&#8221;1\/2&#8243;]<div id=\"modal-trg-txt-wrap-4360\" class=\"ult-modal-input-wrapper ult-adjust-bottom-margin    \" data-keypress-control=\"keypress-control-enable\" data-overlay-control=\"overlay-control-enable\"><button  data-ultimate-target='#modal-trg-txt-wrap-4360 .btn-modal'  data-responsive-json-new='{\"font-size\":\"desktop:20px;\",\"line-height\":\"desktop:22px;\"}'  style=\"background:#00a5ff;border-color:#00a5ff;color:#ffffff; Specifically, among its goals are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The promotion of the Koi.S.P.E\u2019s interests and their support at the institutional, economic and social level. The representation of the Koi.S.P.Es in general in any kind of collective, national, european and international institutions.<\/li>\n<li>The participation in European and International Union, Organizations and Networks, which seek similar purposes, particularly pertaining to the issues of social economy, mental health and social solidarity, as well as the participation in European and International commitees, councils and events, which relate to the goals of the Federation and the Koi.S.P.Es.<\/li>\n<li>The study, specialization, promotion and support of the issues which interest and concern the Koi.S.P.Es and the cooperation, mutual support, and exchange of information between the Koi.S.P.Es, as well as the provision of all types of support services of the Koi.S.P.Es in specific, or generic issues they may face.<\/li>\n<li>The support of the rights of persons with psychosocial issues, as well as of those who potentially develop psychic issues secondarily and the consolidation of the principles and goals of the community psychiatric and segmentation of mental health services within Greece.<\/li>\n<li>The development of activities and the implementation of support and solidarity actions, resulting in\u00a0 reinforcing persons with psychosocial problems,\u00a0 ensuring\u00a0 their rights, tackling the \u201cstigma\u201d and prejudices which accompany mental illness and dealing with the problems of social exclusions of persons with psychosocial issues.<\/li>\n<li>The development, in cooperation with the Koi.S.P.Es or independently, of business \u2013 financial activities, as well as research, scientific and educational activities, non \u2013 competitive to those of its members, aiming at producing a financial benefit for the Koi.S.P.Es and their members.<\/li>\n<li>The promotion of social, solidarity economy and social enterpreneurship in general and the support of moral trade and moral business activities.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The representatives of Koi.S.P.E. \u201cFaros\u201d in P.O.Koi.S.P.E. are the following:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Ms Karageorgopoulou Eirini and deputy is Ms Tasakopoulou Olympia from the Category A &amp;<\/li>\n<li>Ms Sergiou Lemonia and deputy is Ms Papadopoulou Katerina from Categories A and B.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>On Friday 15 of May elections was held through the General Assembly of P.O.Koi.S.P.E., at its offices in Macedonia Street 8 in Athens.
