The E.G.Y.A. provide employment counseling and psychosocial support, and are staffed by Job Coaches and Mental Health Professionals (e.g., Psychologists, Social Workers), offering holistic support to the job candidate.

The main services provided by the E.G.Y.A. offices are as follows:

• Collaboration with candidates for job search
• Creation of the job candidate’s professional profile
• Finding a suitable job position for the candidate
• Communication and cooperation with the employer
• Ongoing support for both the employee and the employer throughout the employment relationship
