The E.G.Y.A. is staffed by Job Coaches as well as Mental Health Professionals (e.g., Psychologists, Social Workers), providing holistic support both to the job candidate and the business in which they will be employed.
The main services provided by the E.G.Y.A. offices to businesses include the following:

  • Communication with the business regarding open job positions.
  • Job placement suggestions based on the candidate’s professional profile and skills.
  • Training and raising of awareness for employees and the management team on mental health issues.
  • Open communication channels with management for issues related to the specific candidate.
